وأوضحت المحامية رباب أحمد المعبي أن دعوى موكلتها تتلخص بأنها قامت ببيع بضاعة بالآجل بقيمة إجمالية تقدر بمبلغ 266.512.50 ريال سعودي، بموجب فواتير، ولم تلتزم المؤسسة المدعى عليها بالسداد، ولم تتجاوب للمصالحة والوساطة بسداد المستحقات المتعلقة بذمتها قبل إقامة الدعوى، مما أدى إلى اللجوء إلى القضاء الذي أعاد الحقوق إلى مستحقيها.
